I created this blog so that I can help women at any age get through the hard moments in life. I want to help women who are mothers, hustling and career-minded, and in leadership gain just a little more confidence to get them through one more hard day or one more hard conversation. Because life is hard and sh*t gets real when you try to “balance” it all. BUT, when you stop to look around, life is pretty great. The hard stuff is usually just fleeting moments in time when you zoom out. It doesn’t make it any easier but know that I know the gravity of needing to hear just one person telling me “It’s going to be ok.”
What you’ll read on Spilled T is me IRL. Nothing you read here is a judgement of anyone reading this just as I suspect if you’re reading this, it isn’t to judge me. I’m here to tell you, “it’ll be ok” and maybe even help you through some hard moments. I am currently working on living through grace, not perfection. We all know life can get messy, so as a tribe of women who want to live with courage, we need to have each others’ backs and embrace balance, vulnerability, kindness and grace.
